Convert PSD to HTML/CSS

I am currently working on an opencart site that has unfortunately been through alot of coders and hands so from a code perspective it is quite a mess. I have new PSD designs that need to be implemented. As you can see I have 5 templates, although I do believe the home page is the most significant and the rest should fall into place after that. I am looking to get the following tasks done: 1. After I have you set up with a dev/test version and sent you the PSDs you must first convert the homepage design from the old to new 2. Then convert the category page from old to new 3. Then convert the product detail page from old to new 4. Using your Opencart knowledge, show a slightly different category template if its using a special offer category page. 5. Using your Opencart knowledge, show a different type of product page where it looks more like an information page (using the template). 6. Make adjustments for tablet and mobile (you an also use the existing layouts so hopefully this should not be a big job) Please consider in the bid: 1. I really want this done as fast as possible 2. I have very high standards with CSS requirements, I would expect pixel perfect conversion 3. I provide this service myself so I know what to expect which may also be helpful for you in the bid. 4. While Opencart experience would be helpful it may not be hugely necessary, but it would make my life easier so it would be appealing.
