Hi, I have reviewed your document for this project and clearly understood your expectations regarding this project. We can certainly accomplish such task as per your required specification. We would build a Client management system for you where users(New client/Pre-client/Active client) would be able to login and can do jobs according to their roles. This solution would have an admin panel, so the admin can create users with permissions, to view pages. Pre-Client – users can create a new client, and view the “pre-client” pages. Active-Client – users can only view clients in the “Active-client” pages of jobs that have specifically be assigned to them. These users, can not see “Pre-active” notes, as well as “Quote and Quote notes” Pre-Client & Active-Celint – users can see everything. There would also be an option to allow which users to see “close jobs” and also an option to “in-active” a user. We have developed many challenging task in past and have incorporated many complex functionalities in it .So ,technically there would be no challenge for us to accomplish this task successfully .
