Customized Freelance Engine: Code Cleanup, Adding new BidPlan, and Adding User Import from CSV

BID ONLY IF : you have prior experience with Freelance engine theme and full stack php development skills. I have customized freelancer theme to include different types of freelancers and customs fields for each type ( I have 4 types, look at [login to view URL]). 1) I would like to make sure the developed code works correctly. 2) I want to add bid plans for each type of freelancer separately. I would like to do this in backend in admin panel similar to figure1.png. I GIVE YOU THE CODE HOW IT IS WORKING AND YOU JUST MODIFY IT FOR BID PLAN 3) I want to have a small plugin that imports the users (employer and freelancers) from a csv file. FOR THIS I ALSO HAVE THE PLUGIN READY AND YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE FIELDS AND TEST IT Thanks
