An in progress developing site needs Mastercard and Visa and whatever credit card payment options available , to be developed. services are purchased using the 2Checkout php API. It thus requires the freelancer to write the payment and other related info subsequently into mysql tables (this are already existing) when the payment occur, detailing the services purchased as well as specifying the start and end dates of services based on business rules that also apply to renewing of services and hence recurring payments. All the requirements will be provided. Credit card numbers should preferably not be kept by the system . Instead transaction ID should be stored instead. Additionally there should be payment refunding to be included within the Joomla admin page (because only administrators can carry out the refunding). Refunding should be based on the transaction ID referenced by the invoice number that will be selected in admin by the administrator handling the refund.
