Fix error in Magento Extentions(change order status)

Hi, (If you pull this of I have other job in my store I need you to fix, create or make.) I have a problem with 2(i think) of my moduls. Problem describtion: I have 2 moduls that react/execute on same order status. And I think thats what make the conflict. Modul 1: SMS modul(Mage SMS module) that sent SMS message out to customer: "You order has been shipped... blabla" when order has X order status Modul 2: Is a account modul(e-conomic integration) that create/transfer data to my account software e-conomic. This happens also when the order has x status. The problem is that when the order gets status x then the e-conomic modul sometimes create 2 different invoice for the same order which is not very conveniently(should only create one everytime). I have been in contact with the author of the modul2 and he saids that its becourse the modul dont get finish writing to the database so the modul think there is no invoice created so it create an additional invoice. Does that make sense to you? Otherwise sent me question, will will answer you. The e-conomic modul writes log in the status history of each order. I have collected some of the orders that all contain the error.
