Geocode businesses on a map with their logo and when clicked their ad pops up.

Geocode a .CSV of businesses, and place Ads on a Google Map that has another map tiled over top of it. If geocoding is an issue, I can provide .csv with LAT/LNG. We need an PHP/MySQL interface with the necessary fields to be able to edit/add/remove information for each parent company and the advertisers ad information, the ads pull directly from the database so changes can be seen instantly, if a advertisers logo is pinpointed in the wrong location we need to be able to adjust lat/lng coordinates to move logo pinpoint. Logos can be stored in an images folder. Not all advertisers will want their personal contact name on the ad, so we need to be able to turn off the contact field if needed. We need a drop down list on the map of the advertisers for each parent company, once clicked the map zooms to the one picked in the drop down. Users/Permissions - We need to be able to added edit users and adjust permissions so they can or can’t add/remove/edit a parent company or it's advertisers. So an Admin and a Standard User. An Admin can add a new parent company and advertisers under that company, but a Standard user can't Add/Remove a parent company, only the advertisers under that parent.
