Help fixing a problem with Jquery for Mobile.

The task is simple but I had enough and not finding any solution and I need to fix this as soon as possible. The problem is with an <li> tag that suppose to open a link on click. The method works perfectly in most browsers both desktop and mobile. The main problem is with the Android stock browser and I did not figured out why.
