iPhone/Android apps functionality upgrade

Existing fully coded app on iPhone and Android needs eight (8) modifications. Requirement: 1) Existing apis are old. Outcome: Write ALL new clean apis and connect to existing iPhone and Android apps 1b) Correct checkin/venues nearby issue (not displaying data) other apis are working correctly and displaying content. 1c) Correct bug for reporting image. Not displaying text box for reasoning. Rectify error and upload IPA to appstore for review. 2) Matches need to be able to locate people nearby that don't have the app and send them a push notification to join the app to find their match a. (User A) will login to the app b. If a potential match (User B) has an facebook account and their GPS tracker locates them in the vicinity or nearby, they should appear in 'matches screen' c. If you click yes, a facebook notification is sent to the potential match saying "Congratulations, this app has found a potential match for you, click the link to connect" --->Similar to adding fb friends d. When the link is clicked, (User B) is directed to the App Store and will download the app e. After being downloaded, (User B) app should deep link straight to the match screen to show the user who invited them f. When they say 'yes', the connection is made. 3) I need a professional developer to modify existing dating app to create a system that allows for the profile picture, locations and potential matches on the phone of (User A) to be viewable/available offline. Eg. if 4G or Wifi is down, the ability to scroll through matches and acknowledge them should be available. When (User A) goes back online, that data should sync to server and notify (User B) of the match. 4) Existing Notification screen currently populating results of up to 1.3km. Needs to be increased to 50km. API will need to be investigated with minor adjustment to parameters to derive outcome. Outcome: Results on Notification screen are to be displayed up to 50km dependant on the selection by the distance spinner. Nearby screen to be disconnected from settings and limited to 3km radius. 5) Pop up, matches - need a pop up when a match is made. 'x is your match' -Yes/No button. Push notifications have already been configured so call to action should buzz the phone and deliver the user to the match screen. 6) UI change - implement menu bar at the bottom of each screen. Move menu button to far bottom right, move checkin button to menu, apply logo/icon to toggle between in venue and nearby screens, as per wireframes supplied. Menu button to open to profile screen as per wireframe 2. See sample image. Configure app to open to matches screen upon open. Apply logo to header. 7) Integrate WeChat, Weibo, Line and Google+ for login and accessibility for use with the app. The app then needs to be able to utilise user profile details/picture/date of birth etc, similar to the current function of Facebook and Instagram. Outcome: Integrate WeChat, Weibo Line and Google+ login to the app and profile photo/user data to be sourced for use with the app. 8) Add send SMS contacts screen upon installation -on-boarding demo image from start. Must ask for permission to access contacts then provide a screen to select contacts to text about app. Only available on setup of app. Screenshots will be provided.
