Joomla - PHP - Virtuemart - Bootsrap

Website needs to solve some issues and a bit of consulting… Joomla 2.5.28 - Virtuemart 2.6.6 - Bootstrap 2.3.1 1- PHP DEBBUG and optimization. I have some php errors. Show php errors is disabled right now. My provider says I have an excess of php consumption. Maybe is related to a SEO extension I used to use in the past. Optimize php and mysql. 2- I need a complete consulting or advise in the next things. a)Review of my .htaccess and [login to view URL] to be sure everything is how is suposed to be. b)Check of my sitemap. c ) SEO advise. d) make a complete evaluation of things that can be wrong in general. 3- The site is using bottsrap 2.3.1 already but the header and menus need to really work in mobile devices. I expect somebody really skilled in joomla and virtuemart to suggest general improvements to the website to improve speed and reliability. Capable of making this quickly and without pain. Solving the three points in the same order exposed. Be clear how much you want to charge for each part and be ready to start ASAP. Thank you all.
