Products does not disabled after importing and even if they disabled then it is only temporary and later they start appearing again -- Indexing issue. you need to index in every import. 2. Site speed issue both frontend and backend - need to check if your server is not magento optimized it will be slow 3. Cronjobs also does not work properly - what happens actually? 4. Site modules conflicts also more details please
