Scope of works Create data table. Create php code. Implement code in supplied front end web pages. Test. Upload to our web server. Data Fields Email address First name 6 x Yes/No fileds Details Visitors select enter their email address. If they already exist in data base they are taken to page where they can edit and save their preferences (email address, first name, 6 yes/no options). If it is a new member, they are taken to a page where they can eneter their first name and select their yes/no options, and save. both perference pages (new and existing) require select all and deselect all option for the yes/no fields, or they can be chosen individually. First name and email address arte required fields. Admin gets an email advising an update has been made or a new member has joined. The email needs to show email address, first name and the yes/no options.
