Mobility tracker app + PHP file for server

I need a simple mobility tracker app for my college project. It does not need to have any special UI, just a default simple android 5 UI is enough. It's required to track users physical movements all day and store data in a database on my server. I need these features: 1- App start tracking datas at start and stay running in background always. 2- Record a history of places user have been (by gps location coordinates) with times (and send this to server). 3- Count user steps all day (only steps or running, do NOT count very fast movements like car driving). 4- Count user running duration time separate. 5- App sends data to server every 15 minutes. 6- On server, a php file should store received datas in mysql database. 7- App should show a simple graph of daily steps for last 7 days. It is a simple college project. We DON'T need business class app here. I am on budget really, wanna keep this minimal.
