Modification to customized oscommerce-based site

Due to an unexpected closing actionk, I've to repost my project. I've added a feedback collection feature on my OSC-based site, and want to build a mail sent out button. After finishing order with customer, a mail inculding a link will be sent to customer. The link leads customer to log onto our site and write feedback to specified order. Besides, there are some minor modification to some existing features, setting up period of validity for shopping cart, adding a radio button for removing content in cart, etc. I will provide a change list accordingly. I want a professional PHP coder with good coding habit, and be experienced in oscommerce, and if you are familiar with Javascript, it is better. P.S.: it is the second time I attempt this project here, and hope to find the right coder this time. Please don't bid if you could not start right now.
