We are developing a program which includes an open-source console tool, and require that tool to be modified to contain our product name, icon and details. The application will need to be customized and built for Windows, Mac and Linux. Our previous developer was not able to complete the task and stated that: After installing the required openssl binaries and dlls, the installer itself isn't able to access them (even with running in admin mode). Please keep this in mind before making your bid.
