New website for TDS Delivery -- 2

We run a multi-drop delivery company and need a website for 3 types of visitors: 1. Delivery drivers looking to work in our vans 2. Couriers with their own vans 3. Transport companies looking for our van and drivers Objective: to create a brand new website using company logo and themed with company colours for 3 different types of visitor. Structure: To appear on all website pages: - Homepage icon - Contact icon - Blog icon - Footer links, company details, etc. Web pages: Required = user must fill in 2. Homepage: a. Main area – 3 selections – something responsive, catchy and clear to go to: i. TDS Driver – linked to Login page below ii. TDS Courier – linked to Login page below iii. TDS Partner 3. Login page, also with a Registration page – if user does not have an existing Login then will need to register. a. Login and Registration on same page b. Registration using email only, sends link to email address – this link then sends user back to website where they must create a password, inserted 2 times. Once password section completed user continues to next screen, as per below. 4. TDS Driver – data must be saved to a database a. Text box at top for description b. First name & box - required c. Surname & box - required d. Address, including Town & Postcode boxes - required e. Driving License - required i. Country: UK, EU or Other ii. Any points or convictions: yes/no iii. Held since: box for month and year iv. Nationality – selection for British, European or Other f. Depot preference for working – multiple selections for Bristol, Swindon & Newbury g. Criminal convictions last 5 years – yes/no - required h. Relevant experience last 5 years – text box i. Other comments 5. TDS Courier – to include the same as TDS Driver above, including the below: a. Van Make & Model: text box – required b. Registration - required c. Van colour: text box - required d. Insurances: i. Goods in Transit: Yes/No ii. Motor Insurance with Haulage: Yes/No iii. Public Liability: Yes/No 6. TDS Partner – functions as a contact page a. Name – required b. Email c. Telephone – required d. Date and time to call e. Comments 7. Blog – can be something simple 8. Contact a. Name - required b. Telephone – required c. Email d. Date and time to call – required i. Requires date and time boxes e. Comments – text box For TDS Driver and TDS Courier sections, user can log in and update details. A confirmation email must be sent once the sections are first completed and saved. We need email reminders sent once every x months, advising person to update their details. We require theme, images, we can supply the logo.
