Hello. I have lots of streaming experience system-wise. You can't do that on Windows. I mean you can stream with OBS but you will need linux to properly setup nginx for what you plan to achieve. Also, because of network stack in Windows, it can't be reliable. I can take care of the proper configuration for you assuming that you provide me with a linux server. Just let me know when you need me.
