I am looking for a website to be built for online and offline consulting.
The website will need to have live bookings available for online and offline consultants where customers can choose a slot there and then and also pre-book services for future times that day or even further into the future.
The consultant will need to be able to show their live availability status, I.e. Online, offline and busy. The consultant will also need to have their own profile, showing experience in their field of expertise, how long they have been in this field etc.
A live chat will also need to be placed into the consulting website, for consultants who want to only work via a chat window. The chat window must be unique to the consultant and NOT a public chat room.
The customer will need to be able to contact the seller if they would like to ask specific questions, before buying services.
Once the service has been purchased, the customer will be asked to enter their telephone number, which will be texted and emailed to the relevant consultant.
If the customer is making a booking for a home party for the consultant to visit them, then they will need to provide an address.
Customers, must also be able to geo-locate consultants in their own area. The consultant will also need to be able to offer bookings in their own home too where the customer can visit them for a specific booking slot.
In the consultants admin, they should be able to see how much they have earned - request a payout and see some limited details of customers who have purchased services from them in the past.
Admin, should have full control of each account set up.
Our website, will only take a percentage of the consultants earnings, if they work online. If they work offline, they will be charged a monthly fee plus a percentage.
Each booking will be charged in a block time amount, I.E £30 for 20 minutes etc. The online chat consultations, will also need to be timed and alert the customer that the consultation is coming to an end, with a pop up if they would like to buy more time with this consultant.
The winning bidder must accept their bid as the final price - and not try to charge more once they have won. They must also have a fantastic command of English - and available to communicate when needed.
We do not want this building on a wordpress, joomla or any other ready made cms platform.
If we think you have placed a bid before reading fully - we will not even bother to look at your bid. The winning bidder, must also be willing to accept milestone payments - and agree to none of the payments being released until the website is completed.
