Optimize My Joomla Website

I Have a new, Joomla 3.X Website built using the YooTheme framework/template. I want the site to be optimized for speed: 1) Optimizations must be done on test site before being performed on live site 2) Optimizations must be "native" and not hacking core code. All optimizations must not prevent Joomla / Theme / Extension Upgrades. All Optimizations must survive the upgrade process. 3) Optimizations must result in 100/100 Google PageSpeed Insights Score 4) Optimizations must result in A+ grade from GTMetrix Engine Sites 5) All optimizations must be documented in detail for future reference 6) A 30 day trial period will be required during which site upgrades will be tested prior to final payment. Payment Schedule: 1) After the Freelancer hosts a copy of the live site, on their server, as a test site. 2) After Freelancer optimizes their test site to show required grades are met 3) After Freelancer provides documentation of all optimizations done to test site 4) After Freelancer completes optimizations on Live site 5) After 30 day test period.
