PHP programmer required to make changes to existing site

I have an existing website for estate agents that allows them to login to the admin area to manage the content of the site, ie add/edit/delete properties, add agents and add/edit/delete new pages to the site. I require the following mods to be made to the site: 1 - Allow admin to change/add the following Meta Tags from the admin area: TITLE, DESCRIPTION, KEYWORDS. ------------------------------ 2 - Allow admin to change the Agent's picture on the Manage Agents page instead of having to delete the agent and starting again. Currently you can only upload a picture when adding in a new agent. ------------------------------ 3 - Manage/Change the Regions that appear on the dropdown menus throughout the site. At present these are dumped into MySQL during setup but there is no way of editing them via the admin area. ------------------------------ 4 - Get the FCK Editor to be able to edit the text on the [login to view URL] page, currently this has to be added by me locally then I ftp the edited [login to view URL] page to the server. ------------------------------ 5 - Get the image upload function via the FCK editor to work to allow admin to upload and put pictures on the admin-created pages (the ones that appear on the left menu (not the Meet Our Agent page)). ------------------------------ 6 - add in a currency converter to the listing details page so users can view the property prices in a different currency using EXAMPLE 4 found on the bottom of this page [login to view URL] ------------------------------ 7 - Get external www. hyperlinks to work from the added pages, at the moment they aren't being correctly formatted. ------------------------------ 8 - a parsing bug needs to sorted out to prevent forward slashes //// appearing before apostrophes ie "Cheap flat////'s for sale." ------------------------------ Please bid for what you think you can do the work for, even if it is more.
