PHPNuke: Stock Quote Ticker Block

My site is a PHPNuke site, which uses blocks and modules. I need a stock quote ticker block that will display just one stock (our company) with grean up, red down, arrows and a disclaimer of the quote being 15 minutes delayed. I have a link to a current script that may or may not be helpful: [login to view URL] But either way, I need it converted into a PHPNuke block. I do not want this block to use a java applet, as I do not want vistors to have run time errors if they do not have the proper java installed. I need this block to fit into our current site colors, layout... Please only reply if you have worked on PHP nuke.
