Simple web page to integrate into Credit Card processors page

I require integration setting up into an online credit card processor. I have attached most of the processor documentation(the part that they advise is the first step is Cert Credentials) to this project. There are 2 additional PDFs which I cannot attach due to them being too big for GAF, however I believe there is more than enough information attached to this project to allow you to quote. If you believe you can do this, I can you a web link showing another website which has successfully integrated into the processor using ASP. However in this occasion we require PHP integration.
