Site recovery in Liverpool UK

Our site has been disabled by the hosting provider, who have posted the message below: I would like someone to resolve this problem, and I think it should be someone in Liverpool, who can come to see us and do the work here. The site is really a database which we use internally only, but it is hosted on a Heart Internet server so that we can all use it wherever we are. "Hi, We have disabled this site as we found that it had been compromised. The source of the compromise appears to be weak scripting on the site - this is usually due to the site's software not being regularly updated or making use of insecure methods of coding. As the attackers gained access to this site's files, they may have modified files beyond those that we've detected to be compromised in order to ease future attacks - this can be as simple deleting a line of code or changing a variable, or as complex as uploading multiple files. Therefore, all files must be removed from this hosting package and not re-uploaded. We can re-enable this site when we're confident that it no longer poses a threat to users or our servers. Please follow the steps below, and let us know when complete so that we can re-enable your site:- - (Optionally) download your site for local inspection - Delete all files from your hosting package - Contact us so we can confirm that the site has been removed. - Upload either a known clean backup and immediately update it to the latest version of your software, OR a new site. There are a number of ways of keeping your site safe once you're back up and running - these will help to prevent future attacks, however they will not reverse the effects of the attack that's already happened.
