Some help with a WordPress project: PODS, Custom Templates, Data Import

I have a WordPress site that has been started on a development server. There is a theme installed which I am currently customizing with CSS. PODS is already installed and several of the custom post types already created. I need someone who can: 1) finish creating the taxonomies & custom post types 2) create no more than 3 custom templates for the post types (nothing too complicated - no calculations, just layouts for which I have mockups) 3) import some data from no more than 8 *.csv files to populate the custom post types and fields. 4) help clean up the CMS a bit so that it will be as simple as possible for the client to maintain. You will have access to FTP as well as Wordpress admin. The theme came with some templates so you should be able to use them as a guide and not have to make too many changes. I used the theme templates as a model for the wireframes. I am attaching the most recent wireframe of one of the templates that will be needed, as well as the most recent mockup of the home page. I would like someone who has experience using PODS and customizing Wordpress templates. Please let me know if you have questions. Thanks!!
