Time picker dropdown customization in karenderia.

Hi, Karenderia is a multi-restarant ordering system in PHP/Yii. Clients are able to select a delivery time shown in the dropdown timepicker. The times shown in the timepicker are times inside the opening times set by each merchant. I would like 2 things: 1) In the restaurant´s config panel, restaurants should be able to disable certain time slots, manually. So, if a merchant ticks the checkbox next to 19:00-19:30 timeslot, all times shown in the timepicker inside this time slot should be disabled. No client would be able to order food for that time. 2) Adicionally, I would like to have a input text box next to each time slot in the control panel of each merchant, so they can configure the máximun quantity of orders that can received in each time slot. So if a mechant sets "4" for the slot 19:00-19:30, once they receive 4 orders, times in this slot should be disabled in the time picker for that particular restaurant. No client would be able to order for a time between 19:00-19:30 I am open to suggestions.
