So I have a twilio account and want to work with the Watson voice detection system. I have a database with 4 rows on a table 1. Car Make 2. Car Model 3. Car Year 4. Part name 5. Quantity Available I want the phone system to pick up a incoming call and asking the user to please say the make model and year of there vehicle and the part they are looking for and then tell them how many we have in stock.

Wow! That’s a really nice usecase of IBM watson conversation api. I have done some ibm watson related project such as NLP , creating chatbot and trade off analytics . I would be really interested to learn about your project more . Its a good usecase for car part seller
