Upgrade my facebook web app to graph v2.0+

Hi, I have a Facebook Web app, that lets users upload a pic from website to facebook in one click. See it in action here: [login to view URL] Click the Upload to FB button. I need the following errors removed as well. "Your app may break after April 30, 2015 Some of the permissions below have not been approved for use by Facebook. Submit for review now or learn more." "You are using a display type of 'page' in a small browser window or popup. For a better user experience, show this dialog with our JavaScript SDK without specifying an explicit display type. The SDK will choose the best display type for each environment. Alternatively, use display type 'popup' if you have special requirements precluding you from using the SDK.
