Virtuemart custom modules

Driver: Admin would like to manage his shipping through his own shipment method, please find the flow. 6) admin would create a user called the driver. 7) each driver must have to basic mapping a) mapping with a particular zip code b) mapping with a particular VM category 8) Once the buyer completed the order and make payment after that respective diver will receive an email regarding delivery details. 9) final client can pick up on a) home address - home delivery b) pick up in store - store is too final client with fixed discount 20%
