web based Custom Inventry Management System based on php

Hi, I want a custom inventory web application i can host on my server locally and put online when I'm ready. The system should be compatible with a bar code reader that can read information from products, the system should be able to categorize products into various categories based on their expiry date, For example, all products that are expiring in 1 month should be in a category, 3 months should be in one category and all products that are expiring in 6months should be in another category too and these should be printable. The system should also send alerts to various email addresses 2months before any products expires and it should also be able to perform all core inventory functions such as quantity etc. This system should have an administrator back-end where i can add users to the system so they can receive alerts and also make products inputs for monitoring and i also can perform all basic functions. The front end should have two sections, where the admin can log in and where other people can log in. The tables or rows data would be inputted are: sku, Product name, Product expiry date, date of Purchase, months and days before expiry, type of product , Manufacturer. And all these should be searchable. there should be a section on the top of every page where i can search for date ranges of products. The system should be very secure and reliable. And i should be able to add users and specify whether i want them to be users or administrators.
