Web Portal for a Pschology center

We are looking for a team who have done a portal similar to the following description. Our client is a psychologist whose team specialize on: Marriage counselling Autism in kids ADHD in kids and adults ABA treatment they want to have a portal + website (we already have an existing website but want to revamp the website with a backend portal) Inside the portal here are our requirements: FREELANCER WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1) Should have at least 4.5 stars with at least 5 feedbacks. 2) You should have done a similar system before that we can have a demo together. 3) next to your quotation please share at least 1 project you did similar to this and 3-4 other projects in similar size and scope of backends. 4) We care for awesome graphics, so your team should also be making not only functional but also good looking websites. So there are 3 types of users: a) Existing customers (patients) b) Psychologists : Psychologists working in the clinic c) Admin: to manage the system. Existing customers added by the center will be able to: a) Purchase packages, which comes with terms like using those multiple sessions in 180 days, and can see number of sessions they are left with. And ocne they purchase system will generate invoice and email to them and admin. b) Get appointments and those appointments can be marked on their google calendar. c) They will be able to access to general resources on website + psychologist can do recommendations. d) Members should be able to submit their lab reports past reports etc. through website and admin can write comment below (that are 2 types: visible to patient and visible to ONLY other psychologists in system) e) They can have graphics of improvement and steps to be taken as a progress report that patients and psychologists can see on website. f) Write "I love kids" in beginning of your offer. g) System should be mobile responsive and should have the option to remember user.
