Wordpress Customizations - 3 Tasks

On my site: SEOLabs Homepage: [login to view URL] Inner page: [login to view URL] The site runs on a Genesis child theme 1) Replace out the Soliloquy slider code on the top of homepage and replace with this area you see here at the top of this page: [login to view URL] The single form field will change into a full form the moment when the user clicks on the NEXT button. The full form will be powered by Gravity Forms plugin. My version of the form will have lesser fields as compared to the full form that you see on [login to view URL] My form will consist of: - Website URL (which was previously entered in Step 1) - Name - Email - Phone - Company 2) Create a new regular blank page template in my Genesis child theme. This will be used as the new homepage. Currently, the homepage does not have a regular wordpress page but is put together using widgets added to the homepage section (on the Widgets page). The area created in Point 1 will be added here. 3) Shift the H1 title tag on this page [login to view URL] to be above the content area and before the header. [See attached screenshots] Currently, i have placed an image in the header area to let you see how it will appear once the H1 title is moved up. We will follow what you see on this page: [login to view URL] and apply the same onto my page here: [login to view URL] Note that the image used is actually a transparent png file placed towards the right side of the header title area which is white in color. Please kindly only bid if you have experience using Genesis theme hooks and Gravity Forms. Alternatively, we can use Wufoo forms also for Point 1. I have a site here that already uses Wufoo with a 2 step form. Thank you!
