I have a website developed with Joomla. I've added Chronoforms and need a "Sales Order Entry" form built. It needs to connect to my MYSQL database to retrieve data for pull down menus, such as "Customer Name" from the "Customers" table and "Item Number" from the "Inventory" table. Some fields will be populated by the salesman such as "Quantity", "Sales Order Number", Purchase Order Number. "Price" fields although populated by the inventory table should be allowed to be adjusted by the salesman. A "Submit" button should store the data in the Chronoforms database with field names that match the field names from the MYSQL database and send an email to the salesman with the data.
