Customization and removal of bugs in the open source WordPress plugin Google Drive WP Media. The plugin allows uploading files to Google drive from within WordPress but it has some kinks (files upload to Google Drive but not immediately accessible in the WP media upload window as intended) and the developer has not responded to user queries on the support forum for eight months. I'd like to: 1. Fix a bug that makes the plugin's options screen not available when Youtube for Wordpress plugin is activated. 2. Fix a bug that causes an error when an upload is done from the WP Media Upload window. The file uploads to Google Drive but WordPress complains that the file has not been uploaded to the site's server and hence there is not file icon image and the "Insert into post" link is inactive. 3. Create a shortcode that (a) enables embedding the plugin's native file uploader in a page or post and (b) sets a permission for admin and a specified user role to have access to the functionality (if is admin, if is specific_role) This can be embedded in the code and does not have to be a selectable option set in the admin interface. 4. Make the app compatible with wooCommerce for digital uploads and to allow uploading to a category of wooCommerce Multi Vendor users in (3). (The plugin is now visible to Dashboard users but only admin has functional use.) 5.
