Austin, Texas product inspection

My company has shipped 5000 pairs of Christmas ornaments to a client in Texas, USA. However, we are concerned about some possible QC issues, and require a sample of the ornaments to be inspected, to determine the fail rate. I need someone to visit the warehouse in Austin and inspect about 200 pieces. The ornaments are in paired boxes - one ornament is silver and one ornament is gold in colour. The potential issue is with the gold ornaments, where a sticker on the front of the ornament may have been applied crooked and incorrectly. Please refer to the attached comparison image for correct and incorrect placement visuals. I require someone with an eye for detail, to physically visit the warehouse in Austin, Texas to inspect at least 200 pairs of the ornaments (it should take a couple of hours I estimate) and to advise how many of the 200 pairs have an issue with placement of the decal/sticker. Any ornaments with a sticker issue should be separated from the correct ornament pairs and documented with photos.
