Hello! I do have a lot of CODE ALREADY from past projects for reading writing image sequences, changing color properties,image enhancement so, I guess it will be easier to complete it. Yes, I've worked with wavelet transform too, both using inbuilt functions as well as writing from scratch (for another client here in past). I am able to get it done vis MATLAB, if you want. I can also do it in C++ and Python. I guess, it is just for showing comparison between these three methods. You may find several similar projects involving image processing here.
