Digital Properties and Bookings Manager

I have a 3 bedroom rental of which I am looking to hire a digital property manager of whom can make sure the various rooms are listed and occupied with 100% daily occupancy rate. With the need to make sure the various listings is done under my LLP, the agent will be forwarding the inquiries to me within me showing them the viewing or taking in the booking within getting the place occupied as listed. As I record artists in my recording studio as well as host visiting guests as well as potential occupants who want to stay at my lodger, I want to hire a talent of whom i'm adding to my team and being compensated on salary to manage the various listing day to day and deal with the various inquiries that the guests may have as the agent of whom is managing their inquiry. While I live in the property as well, I do want them to sign the various internal agreements of the listing within when they are checking out of which they do need to vacate the premises accordingly. As there's a need to hire someone that is a people person and abile to get listings up on sites that's able to get me booked by 24 hours given COVID19 has impacted my market, the best talent will be hired for this position as the main priority ASAP.
