i hire a freelancer to convert attached psd to html however his result was very poor so i decide to cancel project and search a new freelancer with good skills to finish this job. current progress may be checked here: [login to view URL] what i need? 1. correct conversion on psd to html. In this case i think should be fixed missing things. 2. HTML sholuld looks like PSD 3. When is clicked any menu should exist a scroll effect to clicked area 4. menu and logo should be always visible. ( the logo is like a watermark) 5. in descarga section, the pagination boxes should contain just the blue box and number above ( the number should not be embedded on blue box) 6. The html should be responsive 7. should not exist horizontal scroll bar 8. when is clicked any button or closed any pop up, the page should remain there instead of move to home. 9. size of elements should be like psd Looking someone start today and finish asap. Due paypal issues i will be able to pay this job around december 12( may be less). So if you can start now , finish asap, and wait some days for payment lets start working now!!!
