Compile and Make work a python code on MAC OS X 10.15

We search for Python MAC OS X expert to compile our code into an app file .app. We need help of expert to distribute our code. Problem: We developed software with Python 3.8. We successfully compiled it in EXE file with Nuitka on Windows. We are facing issues with MAC OS X. Nuitka makes executable file on MAC OS X but it doesn't make app file .app. So we used PyInstall which make .app file but we face another issue. Each time we launch the app, it close itself instantly. When we open it in terminal with command: open [login to view URL] it shows this error message: LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file /Users/gb/myapp/dist/MyApplication.app. After investigation, we think it is because all the files and exe done by Nuitka or Pyinstaller are not signed. Obviously we need to use the command "codesign" to sign our code. We want to auto-sign with a self-certificate. We don't want to purchase a certificate or Apple developer access. It will be enough to run our program on Mac devices. It will only show a warning message to the user. We need you to help us to distribute our software and to explain to us all the details of the process as we will have to compile new versions in the future. ========================== So if you are MAC OS X Python expert, feel free to apply and send us your best offer.
