Complete Face-Morph Application

We want to hire a freelancer well versed in Python to complete a face-morphing application. The application takes as input two facial images of different individuals, one from a social media site and one a matched stock model, and produces as output a "morph" of the two faces. The application is nearly completed but needs the following final steps before deployment: 1) Extract information from AWS Rekognition API call result to select images for quality and determine gender + expression: estimated 2h 2) Build ethnicity classifier: Leverage a commercial API that determines ethnicity (e.g. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]). This will require writing a script that sends the images to the API and retrieves/parses the results: estimated 3-5 hours. 3) Fix artifacts created by using a Poisson blending Python library to make sure that resulting morph looks realistic: estimated 5-10h
