Looking to outsourse some of my tasks, tech stack: python, linux (rasberry pie, beaglebone)

Context: Currently, I am working as an on site freelancer in Germany for two clients. I start lacking capacity and so looking for some help. Client authorized me to give a first 20-30h task and wants to see how this setup goes. If works out this might become a long term collaboration with 12-18h per week workload. Salary: 10-16 EUR per hour. (you'll have to sign an NDA) Requirements: python at least one year software development at least 2 years Linux, bash, experience with raspberry - nice to have. Interview - a 45-60mins skype call. You'll have to code live a small multi threading program and algo question like a search of sub string. (I prefer to give a way some infos as I am not looking for somebody who learned python syntax by heart or did 100 leetcode questions but rather for somebody who is willing to learn when necessary and has a right IT background ) An example of work task: there are beaglebone bluetooth stations that can acquire data from devices attached to cows. Beaglebone stations can share between themselves information about which device they are currently asking or have asked. This allows them to decide if they have to download data from a discovered device. Currently certain devices are asked to give data too frequently, you'll have to understand a code of the project and modify the logic of if the device data has to be uploaded.
