Hi, I want to create a simple SMS Chatbot ordering workflow which can do the following- 1. Send a mass sms/mms to all customers 2. Able to receive replies from customers - order (simple A, B and C) 3. Populate the replies in a Google Sheet This should be straight forward using Twilio. In the future, I also want to integrate payments. E.g. If a customer replies then it automatically charges a credit card or some payment service.
