I am in the process of stitching multiple TIFF images(size=224x224) into a larger mosaic using python. I am using numpy and open-cv, PIL to achieve this. I ran into some problems while running code, its stuck in an infinite loop.. I am unable to stitch the said images back together. The original mosaic(size=13777 x 16004) was sliced into equal tiles of 224x224(N.B tiles not equal to 224x224 were padded) I now have 4464 images of equal dimensions to be stitched. I need them stitched in a grid of rows and columns to essentially recreate my original mosaic..
