I would like to build a telegram bot (written in python) to have the following function: 1. when user type a command i.e. /class_timetable or /exam, it will show the class / exam timetable 2. when user type a location, it will be able to show its current location, with weather display 3. some additional function such as tell a joke, etc would be good
