Hi. Crystal clear instructions overall. I checked the url. Periodically scanning and parsing the news from the url that you provided will be easy. I also work with yahoo finance data all the time. Only difference is I only go for technical analysis. But, constantly checking the news and fetching recent yahoo fin data and generating an automated report is a great idea honestly. I give 7 days, just to be safe. The bottleneck will be optimizing the parsing algorithm, which is closely related with the length of the intervals that you want to parse the news. Another thing is, for this kind of reports I mostly use docx (word) or HTML format and send the auto-generated report as an email.
