Quality Inspector, Cambodia

1. Follow QIA arrangement to carry out on-site inspection for HNI products at Cambodia supplier factory; 2. Inspect and verify the function & dimension & appearance of the product; 3. On-site reliability test of product, such as Pencil hardness test & X-cut tape test; 4. Verify packing and label content and location; 5. Fill in the inspection report (PIR) and get supplier signature also, then take picture of the report and send it back to QIA by E-mail on time; 6. Follow the Non-conformance Products procedure when there is reject issue happened; 7. Join in the supplier IPQC process on special case; 8. Join in the training and education to supplier on their process improvement for assigned projects; 9. Trouble shoot the issue & defects which happened at supplier correctly and on time; 10. Co work with Quality Engineer (QE) on supplier quality control & continuous process improvement; 11. Keep good communication and coordination at supplier site; 12. Keep close relationship with QE, and support QE when there is no inspection task assigned; 13. Complete other task assigned by direct supervisor.
