Find properties using propstream, blast text using lead chirps, skiptrace the property owner, you must be able to find valid information. Then use IQ dialer for CRM and calling leads.

$500/Monthly Salary • $100 Bonus On Every Deal That We Close.
The price is negotiable if your over qualified, if you have less skills than mentioned, we reduce monthly salary. Hourly is also on the table, if you choose hourly we pay $5 an hour, If hourly is chosen you do not get a commission per deal.
