Remote Assistance Program

I am seeking a good programmer with some possible VNC or remoter assistance software programming experience. VNC is just one possible technology to make this work. I am looking to create a proprietary program for system administration. Basically it would work like VNC. However it would have to have implemented in the program a way to self install on the host machine without the end user either knowing or needing to do anything. Maybe click on a link in an email or it could be set up on our company site and the end user can click on an .EXE file and run it. that would give the admin the connection needed. I only bring up VNC because it is free and I use it a lot already. A twist on the program is that we would also like to be able to start the program without the end user knowing so that we can monitor our employees and help our customers. Basically we are having some issues with a few employees. The program must be able to take screen captures, log key strokes and files transfer capabilities. The program must be able to work behind firewalls without a problem. Obviously this software would be proprietary and I would need the source and an NDA will need to be signed so that it is not reproduced. WE NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE, HOWEVER ONLY UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. We’ll pay you only after work completed via GAF's escrow. No exceptions and I would like regular contact with whoever I decide to work with, so that I can discuss further ideas that I would like integrating into the project during the development stage. Please don’t bid unless you got what it takes to do this project, so if you think you are the right person please send me what you will be doing and a layout of your program planning. I need that program done as soon as possible, with no bugs and fully tested. And this is an project with future offers for more work if you are the right person.
