In my opinion, is better if you devote small amount of money to explore posibilities , For example, devote 2000 to make some concept design and destination option with 2D distribution , Areas, renders etc, etc. And that maybe with 2 or 3 destination ideas. i Have checked the model and corners are still not straith. I se that You have added extra element to hide the corners, but this was not intended in original model. Corners are not straith lines.
