I need a short report of about 10-15 pages written on six pack abs. It will consist of an introduction with some theory about abs, then instructions on how to perform the best 9 exercises, as well as pictures to show people how these are performed.
And the names of the 9 exercises are: leg raises, weighted situps, swiss ball crunches, bicycle, gut suck, long arm crunches, reverse crunches, planking and woodchoppers.

For the intro, here is what I need covered:
- Best way to build ripped abs (i.e by getting your body fat down low and performing the best exercises)
- Six pack myths: Not about 1000s of crunches. No such thing as spot reduction. But you'll want to do higher reps because of the type of muscle fibres that are predominant in your abs.
- Core anatomy (i.e what muscles make up your "abs")
- Then mention the best way to implement this is to tack it onto the end of one of your workouts during the week
