Telemarketer Appointment/Information Gathering Part Time

I am looking for a professional, native English speaking or fluent English speaker to call businesses and home owners using Skype-I have an unlimited plan/package set up for you already. You would retrieve some business information or inquire about the sale of their home as you would be calling home owners selling via For Sale By Owner. I have a training series and scripts for this. Plus after making the call you would send a follow up email to the business owner/property manager and you would send a follow up email to the home owner. DUTIES include: • Calling businesses/home owners selling their homes on their own and asking 2 or 3 simple questions to retrieve some data. A script and set of questions and answers will be provided. • Making note of this data in an Excel file. Ensuring you included the contact person’s name, email address, response to the questions and the planned follow up call or email you would set up-the follow call may be made by you or myself. If an appointment is requested I will provide a weekly schedule of times I can meet the business owner or home owner. Record the calls and upload MP3 to me so we can review the call and ‘tweak/make changes to the script’ if required. The RIGHT PERSON...: • Speaks FLUENT English – this is very important. Could have an accent-need to speak a little bit slower on the calls so the accent is not a hindrance • Is detail-oriented, organized, creative, resourceful, reliable and takes pride in doing prompt, quality work. NOTE: Please BID for the amount you would charge as a lump sum for 40 hours of work-average work week would be about 5-7 hours to 10 hours per week during the 3 week probationary period. The hours of calls would be 9am to 10 am local time for Calgary, Alberta, Canada and from 5:30 pm-6:30 pm Calgary, Alberta, Canada for Monday to Friday. Also calls for Saturday from 10 am to 12 noon local time for Calgary, Alberta, Canada would be required. This can be a permanent part time position for the above calls. If you are more proficient I would hire you for a business owner/consultant to make calls for him for 1-2 hours per day as well. Ultimately this can be a full time job-I would prefer not using a call centre as I’d rather train the proper person to think independently and work on their own. If you have a call centre and wish to bid that’s OK-however I would need one person dedicated to the calling for consistency. Real estate calling experience is beneficial, but not crucial.
