We are hiring 6 RoR developers, for immediate start. You will be supporting development of new features for a well funded, high growth HR Services Company, based in the US. We are looking for team members to come to the US for 90 days (October-December) so you can work alongside our team. We have a strong culture and it’s important for us that everybody, including remote people, feel part of the team. Flights and accommodation will be paid for by us (your only expense is food). We are working on a big launch before end-of-year so it will be high intensity and a lot of fun. We will pay $5,000 / month as a starting salary with possibility to increase up to $15,000 / month once we asses your skill. The role is full time work, starting Oct. 1, so you will need to be able to travel to our Raleigh, NC HQ within a week. This is a great opportunity. In your proposal, please be prepared to respond with not only your skills and experience, but also your ability to meet the travel requirements for the role. Once approved as a potential candidate, we will ask you to take a coding test to move to the final stage of the hiring process.
